Rovix Talent Group is a recruiting agency placing CDL Class A OTR drivers with trucking companies across the US. Our leads come from paid advertising — drivers come to you. Your job is to call them, qualify them, and get them placed.

What you’ll do:

• Work fresh driver leads daily — no cold sourcing, no hunting
• Screen drivers and match them with the right carrier
• Walk drivers through offers, applications, and orientation
• Keep the pipeline organized and moving

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent spoken English
• Reliable and consistent
• Comfortable holding real conversations and handling pushback
• Recruiting or phone sales experience is a plus
