Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls from customers, motor clubs, and law enforcement agencies with empathy and professionalism.
Gather accurate location data and vehicle details to ensure the correct equipment is dispatched for every job.
Coordinate and dispatch tow truck operators using our digital routing software to minimize response times.
Provide customers with transparent pricing estimates and accurate ETAs based on current traffic and driver availability.
Monitor driver safety and progress throughout the shift to ensure all operations meet company standards.
